Service Provision Rules
These rules set out the terms and conditions of your use of this online store and your purchases there. By using the website or purchasing works, you agree to these rules.
1. General provisions
These rules constitute a legally binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as “We”).
We reserve the right to update these rules at any time. Changes will be effective from the moment they are posted on the website.
2. Goods and their prices
The website sells original creative works (physical products) and digital files.
Each piece is unique, so the actual color or texture may differ slightly from what you see on your screen due to device settings.
All prices on the website are in euros (€). The seller reserves the right to change prices, but for orders already paid, the price at the time of purchase applies.
3. Order placement and payment
The order is considered accepted and begins to be executed only when the Buyer makes full payment using the methods specified on the website.
If an individual piece is ordered (by special order), its production deadline and details are coordinated personally via e-mail, and work begins only after receiving advance payment.
4. Digital content (Digital goods)
When purchasing digital works (e.g. downloadable prints), the download link is provided immediately after payment or sent to the email address provided by the Buyer.
Digital files are for personal use only. Resale, distribution, or commercial use without the author's consent is strictly prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property (Copyright)
All copyrights to the works, images, designs, texts and photographs on the website belong to the Seller.
When you purchase a physical or digital work, copyright does not transfer to the buyer. You may not copy, reproduce, or use the work for commercial purposes unless a separate licensing agreement has been signed.
6. Delivery
Physical works are sent by the buyer's chosen method (by post office, mail or courier) within the time period specified in the description.
The buyer must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or loss of the shipment if an incorrect address or phone number was provided.
7. Returns and exchanges

8. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for any losses caused by malfunctions of third parties (e.g., shipping services or payment systems).
The website is operated and all disputes are resolved in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
