  • At the time of purchase: Name, surname, delivery address, phone number, email address and payment information.

  • When subscribing to the newsletter: Only the buyer's email address.

The data provided is used only for the following purposes:

  • For order processing, shipping of physical goods, and delivery of digital files.

  • For invoicing and financial accounting.

  • For communication with the buyer (in case of problems with the shipment or order).

  • For direct marketing (to send newsletters, special offers or free gifts) - only if explicit consent has been given.

3. Transfer of data to third parties

Personal data is never sold or transferred to third parties, except for trusted partners, without whom the provision of services would be impossible:

  • For payment platforms to securely process payments.

  • For parcel services (Omniva, DPD, LP EXPRESS), for delivery fulfillment.

  • For email marketing systems that securely store email addresses for sending newsletters.

4. Data retention period

  • Purchase and order data is stored for as long as required by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania (for accounting purposes).

  • The email address is stored for direct marketing purposes until you decide to unsubscribe from the newsletter.

5. Buyer's rights

Each person has full control over their data and can at any time:

  • Find out what data is collected about him.

  • Request that inaccurate data be corrected or deleted completely.

  • You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each email you receive.

6. Cookies

Cookies used on the website help ensure the smooth operation of the e-shop (for example, to prevent items from falling out of the shopping cart). You can change your browser settings and disable cookies, but this may prevent some of the website's features from working.
