Return terms and conditions

• 14-day deadline: You can return quality goods within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.

• Appearance of the product: The returned work must be in its original condition, undamaged and undamaged. The product must be returned in its original (or other safe) packaging that ensures safe transportation.

• Shipping costs: The buyer pays for the return of the product.

Refund process

• If the item is undamaged: After receiving the returned item and confirming that it is in perfect condition (undamaged), I will refund the money to your account within 14 calendar days.

• If the item is damaged or defective: If the received item is damaged, defective or has lost its commercial appearance due to the fault of the buyer, the money will not be refunded. In such a case, the buyer will be informed about the damage to the item and the decision not to refund the money by e-mail within 5 business days of receiving the item.

Ready-made works: Existing (already created) works are packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

Delivery methods and prices in Lithuania

To ensure safe transportation of works, we cooperate with reliable shipping services. When ordering, you can choose:

• LP EXPRESS / Omniva / DPD parcel machines: Delivery within 1-3 business days from dispatch. Shipping is free .

• Courier home delivery (DPD / Venipak): Delivery within 1-2 business days from dispatch (convenient for larger paintings). Shipping is free .

  
  

International shipping

• We ship physical works abroad by registered mail or international couriers.

• Delivery time: within the EU – 5–10 working days, outside the EU – 10–21 working days.

• Price: Free shipping .

• Important: The buyer is responsible for any additional import or customs fees that may apply in their country.

Safe packaging and damage to shipments

• All pieces are packaged with extreme care, using protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

• What to do if the shipment was damaged? When you pick up the shipment from the courier or parcel machine, check the packaging. If you see obvious damage, take a photo of the package before opening it and contact me immediately (within 24 hours) by e-mail: karolina.galinauskaite@gmail.com so that we can resolve the issue.
